Maritime Exchange for Delaware River and Bay

The Maritime Exchange for the Delaware River and Bay is a trade organization that promotes business within the ports of the Delaware River. The Exchange acts as Fiduciary Agent for the Port, managing funds allocated to the Delaware River ports by FEMA under the Port Security Grant Program.
